Hubbell Inc., a maker of lighting and electrical products, sued a New York competitor for patent infringement.
Pass & Seymour Inc., of Syracuse, New York, is accused of infringing Hubbell's patents 5,363,269 and 6,920,025. Both patents are for electrical receptacles with ground-fault circuit interrupter safety features.
