Citigroup Inc. investors should vote against four board members, including Time Warner Inc. Chairman Richard Parsons as the head of the bank's compensation committee, a shareholder advisory group said.

Parsons, Kenneth Derr and Alain Belda, chief executive officer of Alcoa Inc., should be rejected because ``the compensation committee has lacked strong stewardship of compensation practices,'' RiskMetrics Group Inc. said in an e-mailed statement today. New York-based RiskMetrics also recommended a vote against director Anne Mulcahy, CEO of Xerox Corp., for sitting on more than three boards.
