Macquarie-Led Group Buys Hobart International Airport

Macquarie Group Ltd., Australia's largest investment bank, led investors that agreed to buy Hobart International Airport Pty in Tasmania state for A$350.5 million ($309 million).

The Tasmanian Gateway Consortium, which includes Macquarie and some of its funds, will acquire all of Hobart International, which services the island's biggest city, from Tasmanian Ports Corp., Macquarie Group said in a statement to the Australian Stock Exchange.
