Wendy's Acquires Baja Fresh Mexican Grill

Bristol-Myers Squibb and GlaxoSmithKline are reportedly in preliminary merger talks, and more takeover news

Wendy's International (WEN ) agreed to acquire Fresh Enterprises, owner of the Baja Fresh Mexican Grill restaurant chain, for $275 million in cash. (5/31)
