Former AOL Executive Sells Stock as Shares Rise: Insider Focus

A former America Online Inc. executive who left the company last fall sold $4.65 million in stock last month, as the shares started rising on expectations that the company's new ventures will add to earnings.
David Cole, formerly vice president, sold 125,000 shares at prices of $37.13 to $37.50, the company said. Cole, now a consultant to the computer-online services company, also filed to sell 75,000 shares.
