West Virginia University Suspends Frats After Emergency

A West Virginia University freshman died today following a “catastrophic medical emergency” at a fraternity house.
Nolan Burch, 18, from Buffalo, New York, was found without a pulse and unresponsive on the floor of the Kappa Sigma house on Nov. 12, according to a Morgantown Police statement. A person was performing CPR when police arrived just before midnight. Burch was rushed to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, where WVU is based.
