Billionaire Musk’s SpaceX Launches Satellite on Falcon 9

Billionaire Elon Musk’s Space Exploration Technologies Corp. launched a commercial satellite early today from Cape Canaveral, Florida.
Falcon 9, a rocket designed by SpaceX, lifted off carrying AsiaSat 8, a communications satellite, at 4 a.m. eastern daylight time, according to a blog post from the Hawthorne, California-based company. In 2012, Falcon 9 made a delivery to the International Space Station, making SpaceX the first commercial company ever to visit the station, according to SpaceX’s website.
