Sony Music Greece’s Website Hacked; Customer Data Compromised

Sony Corp. said the website of its music unit in Greece was hacked, compromising the personal information of about 8,500 customers registered as fans of its artists.
The third-party operator of Sony Music Entertainment Greece’s website discovered the breach on May 22 and took down the site, Atsuo Omagari, a Tokyo-based Sony spokesman, said by phone today.
