Tamares Puts in a Bid for the Whole of Warner Music, FT Reports

Tamares, a property investment and private-equity firm controlled by Poju Zabludowicz, has put in a bid for the whole of Warner Music Group Corp., the Financial Times reported, citing three unidentified people familiar with the matter.
A Tamares representative declined to comment, the newspaper said.
