Nigeria’s Global Fleet Group has opened a bank in Ghana, one of five lenders Nigerian businessman Jimoh Ibrahim plans to open by 2013, the Ghana News Agency reported, citing Ibrahim.

Energy Bank Ghana Ltd., the 27th bank to be registered in the West African nation, was opened with a shareholders’ fund of 60 million cedis ($39.8 million), the state-run news agency cited Ibrahim as saying.
