Danaher to Acquire EskoArtwork for 350 Million Euros

Danaher Corp., the maker of microscopes and water treatment systems, agreed to buy Belgian software maker EskoArtwork for 350 million euros ($470 million).
EskoArtwork will become part of Danaher’s production identification unit, the Washington-based company said today in a statement on its website. Ghent-based EskoArtwork had revenue of about $247 million in its last fiscal year, Danaher said.
