China is pushing for more concessionsBloomberg Terminal from Qualcomm Inc. before approving its bid for Dutch rival NXP Semiconductors NV, concerned the combination will result in local companies paying higher licensing fees.

The objection comes days after President Donald Trump squelchedBloomberg Terminal a takeover of the U.S. chipmaker by Singapore-based Broadcom Ltd. and imposed tariffs Bloomberg Terminalon steel and aluminum imports.
