The bZ4X is the distillation of 25 years of Toyota tinkering with its Prius hybrid. While it doesn't win bragging rights on driving range or green cred, the vehicle lands in the small(ish) SUV segment that Americans love. What's unique: Toyota developed the model with Subaru to share costs. Subaru's Solterra is nearly identical.
