Jury Says Elon Musk Sued Sam Altman Too Late Over OpenAI

A federal jury rejects Elon Musk's claims about OpenAI under Sam Altman and says he waited too long to sue. Musk took Altman to trial saying he went against OpenAI's mission by turning it into a for-profit business. Matthew Schettenhelm of Bloomberg Intelligence has been following the case and has more.
