ECB 'Determined' to Ensure Inflation Stabilizes at 2%
European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde said the central bank is "determined to ensure that inflation stabilizes" at the 2% target in the medium term. She was speaking to reporters in Frankfurt following the ECB's decision to keep interest rates unchanged.
