Would Consider Revised Paramount Skydance Proposal: Nussbaum
Warner Bros. Discovery would consider a revised and higher takeover offer from Paramount Skydance, Andrew Nussbaum, a Warner Bros. legal adviser and partner at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz, said on Bloomberg Deals with Dani Burger. Nussbaum also mentions that Netflix’s agreement to buy the studio and streaming assets of Warner Bros. offers “speed and certainty” for shareholders.
