US and Taiwan Reach Trade Deal, US to See Boost in Chip Investment

The US and Taiwan agreed to a trade agreement that would lower tariffs on goods from Taiwan to 15%. Taiwanese semiconductor companies will also invest more in US operations. Bloomberg's Michael Shepard reports.
