Trump spoke during a Mexican Border Defense medal presentation at the White House in Washington, DC. He said he is “strongly” looking at an executive order directing federal agencies to reclassify marijuana as a less dangerous drug. he also said he was classifying fentanyl as a “weapon of mass destruction” in his latest push to ratchet up pressure on Latin America over drug trafficking.
