BlackRock's Helen Jewell discusses how significant today's Federal Reserve's decision is for equity markets. "We'd originally priced in quite a few cuts kind of through the end of the year and into next year," she tells Bloomberg Television. "If that starts to stabilize a little bit, then, of course, from an equities perspective, this incredible rise in equities we've seen this year might see a little bit of a pause."
