UK's Reeves Says New Budget Includes 'Fair and Necessary' Choices
UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves says the new budget includes "fair and necessary choices in the circumstances that I face." The budget includes £26 billion ($34 billion) of tax increases. Reeves says this new revenue will help grow the economy. She speaks to Bloomberg's Lizzy Burden exclusively after her address to the House of Commons in London.
