Kugler Resigned After Violating Trading Rules
Documents show that former Federal Reserve Governor Adriana Kugler violated Fed ethics rules and was subject to an internal probe when she stepped down in August. Her abrupt resignation allowed for President Trump to install his adviser Stephen Miran in that position.
