Zelenskiy Says Fresh Funding Is Critical for Ukraine's Survival
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy discusses divisions among European Union allies on the use of frozen Russian assets, saying fresh funding is critical for his war-battered economy to stay in the fight against Moscow.
