AlMheiri on 2PointZero, Ghitha, Multiply Merger
Abu Dhabi’s Multiply Group, 2PointZero and Ghitha Holding are set to merge through a share-swap deal and create a new entity named 2PointZero Group with assets of about $33 billion. Mariam AlMheiri, Group CEO of 2PointZero spoke to Bloomberg’s Horizons Middle East and Africa anchor Joumanna Bercetche on the merger. (Corrects IHC company name in on-screen graphics.)
