SLB New Energy's Gavin Rennick Speaks About Powering AI Data Centers
SLB New Energy, a unit of the oil service company Schlumberger NV, is pushing ahead with geothermal, carbon capture and storage and hydrogen technology to help feed growing demand for low-carbon electricity. The unit's President Gavin Rennick spoke in an interview at the BloombergNEF Summit in Houston in September and says he's on target to deliver $3 billion by 2030 looking at projects that could be worth billions each.
