TO ANY POTENTIAL VIOLATIONS. JURY SELECTION IS SUPPOSED TO START TODAY. TRIAL IS EXPECTED TO'S DRAGGED INTO OCTOBER AND IT IS KIND OF A TEST CASE AROUND SUBSCRIPTIONS AND HOW EASY IT IS TO SIGN UP FOR THINGS WHEN YOU'RE ON THE MOVE AND HOW HARD IT IS TO CANCEL. > > THE FTC IS LOOKING AT SURGE ADVERTISING PRICES OF AMAZON.
