Europe Has to Help on Russia Sanctions, Bessent Says
European leaders need to be willing to work with the US on sanctioning Russian oil buyers, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says. "It is put-up or shut-up time,” Bessent said on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
