Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller says Fed policymakers should cut rates to support a labor market that is showing signs of weakness. Speaking during an event hosted by the Money Marketeers in New York, Waller also says the Trump administration has not talked to him about replacing Fed Chair Jerome Powell.
