The President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Odile Renaud-Basso, says Russian attacks on Ukraine are intensifying and the rebuilding of damaged infrastructure should not be delayed. The EBRD has committed another €400 million of new funding for Ukraine, raising its total support since Russia's invasion to more than €7.6 billion.
