Europe’s Stoxx 600 index rallied, while futures for the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq 100 advanced at least 1.5%. Apple shares jumped in premarket trading. Trump doubled down on the plan Sunday. “NOBODY is getting ‘off the hook,’” Trump said in a social media post Sunday. The Opening Trade has everything you need to know as markets open across Europe.
