Putin Is Acting in 'Good Faith,' Says White House Envoy Witkoff
Steve Witkoff, White House special envoy to the Middle East, says Russian President Vladimir Putin gave a direct order to not attack any Ukrainian energy infrastructure targets after his phone call with President Donald Trump. Witkoff says he thinks Putin is acting in "good faith." Witkoff speaks on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
