Ukraine Accepts US Proposal for 30-Day Truce With Russia
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Michael Waltz say Ukraine has accepted a US proposal for a 30-day truce with Russia. The US will now take the deal to Russia. They speak in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia after eight hours of talks with a Ukrainian delegation. In return, the US has now lifted the freeze on military aid and intelligence for Kyiv.
