Just Salad Becomes a Unicorn
Just Salad is officially a unicorn. The fast-casual chain secured $200 million in funding which valued the company at $1 billion dollars. It opened 19 stores in 2024 and is aiming to open 30 this year. Chief Executive Officer Nick Kenner discusses the company's growth plans on "Bloomberg Open Interest."
