OpenAI director Larry Summers said he has not received any formal outreach from billionaire Elon Musk and his consortium of investors about their $97.4 billion offer to take control of the ChatGPT maker. Musk made the bid for the nonprofit that controls OpenAI. Summers, a Wall Street Week contributor, spoke to Bloomberg's David Westin on Feb. 11. The board at OpenAI did wind up getting an official offer letter.
