AfD’s Weidel Decries EU Policies, Calls for Free Trade
Alice Weidel, the candidate from the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD), slammed the European Union for undermining the country’s auto industry and proposed winding back the trade bloc to a free-trade zone. "What we need to have is free trade among the European countries, but we don't need all the bureaucracy," Weidel tells Bloomberg's Oliver Crook in Berlin.
