Lifeway Foods Fights off Danone

The US kefir supplier Lifeway Foods is rejecting two takeover bids from Danone, who already holds a 23.3% stake in the company. Lifeway says the are not opposed to a sale if they got an offer at the right value. Julie Smolyansky, Lifeway Foods CEO joined Bloomberg Open Interest to talk about what's ahead for the health food company.
