Qatar Tourism Authority Chairman Saad Bin Ali Al Kharji talks about the F1 Grand Prix being held Dec. 1 at the Lusail International Circuit on the outskirts of Doha. Speaking to Bloomberg's Joumanna Bercetche, he says he's expecting a tight race between Ferrari and McLaren for the Constructor's Championship.
