China's Self-Driving Firm Pony AI Looks Outside US to Avoid Tensions
Pony AI Inc. CEO James Peng discusses the Chinese autonomous driving startup’s strategy amid the the geopolitical spat between the world's two-largest economies. Pony’s American depositary shares erased an early pop to decline 7.7% in their trading debut after raising $413.4 million in an IPO and concurrent private placements. The company operates a fleet of more than 250 robotaxis and over 190 robotrucks, mostly in Chinese cities like Beijing and Shenzhen. Peng speaks on "Bloomberg: The China Show."
