Westmacott: US More Concerned by China Than Russia
As the war in Ukraine continues to play out, America is shifting its security concerns away from the threat imposed by Russia and more to the one imposed by China, says Peter Westmacott, former UK Ambassador to Turkey, France, and the US. Europe, on the other hand, remains more "nervous" about a complete decoupling from China, argues Westmacott.
