Apollo Gives Banks Another Shove With BNP's $5 Billion
Apollo Global Management Inc.'s $5 billion in funding from BNP Paribas SA will help build its private credit business, Bloomberg's Allison McNeely says, treading even deeper into banks' traditional turf. The money will go to investment-grade deals -- potentially muting Wall Street concerns about cracks in private credit, McNeely says on "Bloomberg Open Interest."
