Standard Chartered Plc CEO Bill Winters discusses the lender's multi-billion dollar share buyback plan on Bloomberg Television, as the bank reported a rise in pretax profits driven by its wealth business. "We're operating in a somewhat difficult environment and I think we need to be about just how differentiated Standard Chartered is," Winters tells Lizzy Burden.
