China Is a 'Decisive Enabler' of Russia's War Against Ukraine, NATO's Stoltenberg Says
Speaking at a press conference in Washington, NATO's outgoing Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg described China as "a decisive enabler” of Russia’s war against Ukraine. NATO leaders are set to issue the alliance’s strongest-ever language calling out Beijing’s military support for Moscow, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg News. A communique is set to be released at the end of the three-day alliance summit.
