Billionaire Jim Ratcliffe, the part-owner of Manchester United Football Club, says the Premier League risks harming itself because of complicated rules designed to prevent teams from over-spending on players. “I just think the Premiership needs to be careful it doesn’t get itself into an endless legal wrangle with lots and lots of clubs." Ratcliffe said during an interview with Bloomberg’s Francine Lacqua. "If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
