US Retail Sales Stall, Showing Signs of Consumer Strain
US retail sales barely rose in May and prior months were revised lower, pointing to greater financial strain among consumers. Sales, unadjusted for inflation, were up 0.1%. Greg Daco of EY and Ian Shepherdson of Pantheon Macroenomics join "Bloomberg Surveillance" to break down the report.
