Global business-to-business e-commerce service Alibaba.com is using AI technology to help lower the barriers for smaller businesses on its platform. Alibaba.com, a part of the Alibaba Group, launched a cross-border trade service that offers products at fixed prices and guarantees delivery by the expected date. President Kuo Zhang also discussed the company's acquisition plans and impacts from organizational changes at its parent company in an exclusive interview with Bloomberg TV's Annabelle Droulers.
