Athens transformative coastline development, the Ellinikon project will see its first phase completed in 2026-2027, Lamda Development CEO Odisseas Athanasiou says in interview with Bloomberg TV’s Francine Lacqua. “And when I say finish, I'm talking about a project that in total has the size of three times of Monaco just to get it comparable,” says Athanasiou.
