Caroline Farberger is the first senior business leader in the Nordics to speak openly about her gender transition. She was previously the chief executive of the insurance arm of Sweden's ICA and is now a non-executive board director of several firms, including a leading Scandinavian insurance broker, Max Matthiessen. Farberger speaks to Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua about how diversity improves team performance and the remaining barriers to further inclusivity.
