Lt. Col. Vindman on Ukraine Aid Bill, Putin
Former US National Security Council Director for European Affairs, Retired Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, gives his insight on the Ukraine Aid Bill that the Senate is working on and the possibility it does not pass in the House. He also talks about whether or not the US is sending a signal to Russian President Vladimir Putin that an end of the war is near if the US cannot provide additional funding to Ukraine. Retired Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman speaks with Kailey Leinz and Joe Mathieu on Bloomberg's "Balance of Power."
