Tesla Recalls 1.6 Million Cars Due to Autopilot Crash Risk
Tesla is recalling 1.6 million cars sold in China due to issues with its Autopilot system. Regulators says there's a higher risk for crashes. Tesla is deploying a software fix. Bloomberg's Ed Ludlow reports.
