Turkey's Central Bank Raises Rates to Near Two-Decade High
Turkey's central bank's jumbo interest-rate hike has triggered a major rally in the country's assets. The Turkish lira, long one of the world's worst-performing currencies, surged the most in almost two years. Former Fed economist Selva Demiralp weighed in on the central bank's latest decision.
