The 40-year-old Silicon Valley VC firm IVP is opening an office in London after nearly 20 successful investments in Europe. Partner Eric Liaw is one of the IVP partners who will be re-locating to the new UK office, and joins Caroline Hyde and Ed Ludlow on "Bloomberg Technology."
